As always a very attentive service from Hamish et al at Ramsay World Travel. Booked a holiday to Florida for the family via Virgin Atlantic in September however was diagnosed with illness 14 weeks before departure. Full refund was received for cancellation from the Airline….so credit where it’s due.(One of the many reasons to book with a reputable Travel Agent….and refund return was seamless).
