I visited the Aberdeen union street branch today and was served by Naomi. I was changing pounds to euros for my partners upcoming trip. She was so helpful and also let me know about their prepaid travel card which was an amazing option for us. I had my toddler with me and she was also great at interacting with him while multitasking at serving me. She ensured all my details were correct and made sure we got the best deal we could which was greatly appreciated. Impeccable customer service today and although ramsdens are currently asking for trustpilot reviews (personally I do t usually bother) but Naomi’s service put a smile on my face and changed my luck from bad to good today I really wanted to give her the recognition she deserves. I hope Ramsdens see this!
