This company relentlessly pursued us to sign up with them, when we explained we had not paid any corporation tax for a number of years they said they would look into our records and they would only take their payment from any money they saved us if nothing there would be no charge. We were very reluctant but they kept chasing us, one person in particular. Needless to say out of the blue we received an email from solicitors in Manchester threatening us with debt collectors if we did not pay Randd UK Ltd £3500 + vat even though we had no documentation or proof that they had filed any tax documentation, this was in June and we immediately responded detailing our experience of their cold calling and we requested paperwork to prove the work they had undertaken on our behalf, this was in June. We have today received a demand from their solicitors to pay the invoice in full within one week, or they will start court proceedings. We have reached out to our accountant to evaluate Randd UK and the work they have undertaken on our behalf. Our problem is we have not been able to reclaim any tax when we are not paying any but they still expect payment. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED.
