It worked normally for a few days after purchase. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side.EDIT: I have been using my email address for more than 10 years, I use sendgrid myself and there have never been any problems with delivery of emails to my mail server. How was I supposed to prove that I am not getting emails? By showing a screen shot that there are no such messages? You could see in my account that the rankings do not refresh and thus the system does not send emails because there is probably nothing to send. In addition, another mistake was the fact that when some e-mails with reports arrived, they were empty, and I also reported this to you, which was completely ignored. I still maintain my negative opinion of your product.
