My recent experience with Rapid Formations has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns about the stability and continuity of the business.Before signing up, I specifically raised concerns about long-term reliability. This was particularly important given that their sister companies, Blue Square Offices and Bizik, had both ceased trading unexpectedly. I was assured that Rapid Formations was stable and that there would be continuity of service. Unfortunately, that reassurance has not proven meaningful.The onboarding process was far more onerous than it needed to be. A significant amount of time and administrative effort was required to complete the setup. Having invested that time and committed to services paid through to June 2026, I was then given notice that their Glasgow address service was being discontinued.What I found particularly concerning was that the termination email made no reference whatsoever to the fact that I had prepaid for services beyond the closure date. There was no mention of a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the term. I had to raise the issue myself and actively push for clarification. Even then, the refund process felt unnecessarily complicated and was initially linked to unrelated matters, which only prolonged resolution.For any business relying on a registered office or address service, continuity and clarity are essential. Given the prior closures of Blue Square Offices and Bizik, and now the withdrawal of this service at short notice, I would strongly encourage other companies to think carefully before committing.By comparison, moving to a new provider was straightforward, efficient and refreshingly simple. The contrast only reinforced how unnecessarily complex the original sign-up process had been.Overall, this experience has left me questioning the long-term reliability of the organisation. Businesses need dependable partners. That has not been my experience here.
