I was talking a text channel, and I was trying to dm someone and no one was answering and one of the executives had the dm's off so I can't dm unless I add them on discord and one of the executive time me out. I dm Richard to make a report against a executive and he said I had to wait until tickets are back up. Also when I dm the owner he started saying I’m entitled and Listen you are not entitled to anything. You are the only person taking this downtime this seriously when all of our other clients have more services then just bot hosting. While i do appreciate any client this does not entitle you to act the way you have been acting towards not only myself but my staff team. If you do not stop i will remove you from the discord. This is your only warning. Make a ticket when the tickets are up like everyone else and And i think your acting belligerent because your mad your bot is down and Again i will block you if you continue to cuss at me in my dms if you cant act respectful we will remove you from my place of business and end your ability to communicate with me and my staff. This isn't the first time you acted like this and Nobody disrespected you. You disrespected my staff in client chat after they explained to you 4 times what was going on and yet you kept going. And go ahead we will just take screenshots and explain the situation like we did last time and Doing the right thing you were acting belligerent to my team and other clients and that his executive team did nothing wrong. Report me I do not care but you are not going to disrespect other customers. We have told you multiple times. as stated prior please. We have not disrespected you at all. We just simply told you that this was planned a week ago. This move helps us make our systems more stable as the prior chicago datacenter was very unstable and that network was out of our control. This is the worst hosting company staff ever. Do not use them they treat there customer like crap and act like children and immature. Will be canceling my service and going somewhere else once there service is back online.
