While I appreciate that you are an authorized Raspberry Pi reseller, the shipping experience didn't quite live up to that professional reputation. My order arrived in two separate shipments, and the DHL tracking provided no real updates or transparency. It made the process much more stressful than it needed to be, and I’d love to see better tracking integration in the future.
