Polite and helpful enquiry staff following three recent occasions when items of stock did not arrive on the order without explanation. On one occasion though I was asked if I had photographed the delivery box and other items ordered upon initial receipt, which I have never done with any company. This made me feel as if my integrity was being questioned. Our school have been dealing with Rapid for years and I have in the past been very pleased with the reliability and service. I am now of the view that if I encounter another similar situation I will insist that we use an alternative supplier and make a formal address to our academy.
