Just providing an update on my previous review.
i received an email from their customer service dept today.
Now my order is apparently going to take longer than the expected date, after they reassured that it would ship at the end of February. I placed my order in early DECEMBER.
This company has proven unreliable and i cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone looking for prompt and effective delivery. I understand now why they dont have a phone number, and only communicate through email.
I ignored the other reviews, and took a chance on this company. I FULLY REGRET IT.

I've bought three pieces from the seller, and I adore them all. They look fantastic on my wall. The communication is always prompt whenever I have questions. I highly recommend this seller to anyone who appreciates their favorite bands or sports teams memorabilia. Thank you!
What impressed me first about the seller was that when I searched for Superman, they were the first site I found. They had exactly what I needed, complete with multiple pictures, so I didn't have to look anywhere else. The recipient was thrilled with it.
Despite what you might think, these are reprints. The title suggests 'Don’t settle for imitations,' but it is indeed an imitation. The word facsimile is cleverly hidden in the description, misleading buyers into believing it's authentic. It's somewhat deceptive, and there are too many sites like this that take your money and defend their misleading practices.
I initially placed an order for three items and emailed several times after not hearing back for a week. They only responded after I left a review here. They canceled one item and asked me to remove my review, which I did. They promised to express ship the rest, but only one item was sent. I've been trying to reach out again, but they're unresponsive. So, I'm leaving another honest review this time.
We've been trying for days to get updates on shipping. We've heard nothing in return. I'm really disappointed because we spent over $250 on a picture for a Christmas gift, and it hasn't arrived with no updates or information. This is very frustrating.
I'm thrilled because I ordered two gifts for my siblings this Christmas, and they absolutely loved them. They were manuscripts from their childhood favorite movie. We spent the entire weekend watching both films and creating memories. I'm very happy. Thank you for bringing joy to my siblings and ensuring timely delivery!

Since we are the Perfect Gift go-to place, for many of our customers, we have developed personalized gift e-cards that we can customize for you, for free, for you to gift out while your custom frame is being completed, in case you are pressed by time.
