Complete lack of communication. Ordered a VPS in their German location on the 29th November, VPS was finally set up on the 1st December. Noticed that Reverse DNS wasn't working. On 3rd December was notified that VPS would be migrated from Dusseldorf to Frankfurt with change of IP addresses, and I should let them know what date I would like my VPS migrated. Promptly replied, never heard anything back from them. After a week of complete silence (no migration, no updates, nothing) I informed them that I would like to get a refund (in line with their refund policy). Two weeks later, I am still waiting for that refund.I can understand that things can go wrong (particularly for data centre migrations), but what I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication and updates to keep customers informed (of course, they are swamped with tickets as I am not the only one being confused and unhappy).
