Here's the answer I got from them. To proceed with your 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee request, please follow the steps below: Complete the attached guarantee form Attach the following documents: A clear “Before” photo of your dog’s teeth (taken at the start) A clear “After” photo taken after 60 days of use Two short videos showing the product being used Make sure to include your order number in the formWhen I called them out on it, they said:Because it’s a hygiene item that can come into contact with pets’ mouths/skin, U.S. health & safety regulations strictly forbid us from accepting returns of opened products. This isn’t our choice—we’d genuinely like to help, but we’re legally not allowed to take it back or issue a refund once opened, to protect dogs, customers, and our team.Then say you'll return the $$ if it hasn't been opened, which of course makes NO SENSE. Their ads should say NO RETURNS!
