Communication is always top notch with Raretro. Jean is an absolute pleasure to work with. She responds to my email within a day or so. They’re always open to ‘how can Raretro help you?” which seems like a rarity these days. Anyhow I purchased custom gloss buttons for my N3DSXL and it is of high quality. It has the curvature that OEM buttons have. I’ve purchased other custom buttons elsewhere and it was flat, rough and not comfortable to play with after awhile. Since I was highly satisfied with my N3DSXL, I reached out to see if they make custom buttons for the 2DS. Jean reached out and said they’re very busy but she can make a set. Currently in the process of getting that done but overall can’t complain one bit about this business! Great job Raretro! Keep retro alive!
