Mouldy pram was delivered to me, after complaining she put all the blame on me saying I put the pram in damp condition, where as the pram was in my TV lounge. Then she tried to play (return within 14 days) card on me where I logged a complaint within 14 days and she didn't reply to any of my emails until it is over her return policy which was 14 days when I whatsapp her.She refused to refund completely and said I should wash the pram with non-bio and vinegar!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! I'm not going to put my newborn into this mouldy pram!! She even told me that I've to pay 20% for cleaning as somehow it was my fault that the pram she delivered to me was covered in mould!.I'm at £40 loss because I had to pay for shipping both side! And now she is going to clean it and send it to someone else to scam them in the name of charity.The person I'm talking about it Rebecca, think she is a owner.
