Ordered an item on 20th July and followed this up with a message to their WhatsApp number. I stressed the urgency of needing the item by 9th August (3 weeks so loads in advance of their 10 working days that they advertise) due to a family trip to Disney and simply wanted to know if it would be delivered in time (I ordered 5 days before their advertised summer holiday leave of 25th July so at least expected a response from them and couldn’t see any reason this item could not be shipped before then). I sent further messages on 20th and 22nd which were read on 20th and 24th July with absolutely no response! Do not shop here. I don’t even know whether I will get a refund at this point - no point messaging I’m sure I will be ignored again After leaving this review I out of the blue did receive a message back from them via WhatsApp - to tell me “we are away!!!!” And to stop “harassing them as they are away on holiday” absolutely gobsmacked! Didn’t send a single message to their advertised work number after 22nd July until I replied to a WhatsApp that they sent me at 10.45pm tonight after they obviously seen this review. Utterly bizarre behaviour. Give “small family businesses” a bad name Further rude and harassing emails today. Very odd how communicative this company now is when I was ignored for weeks when all I wanted was to know if my order would arrive before a family holiday to Disney (have also been sarcastically told “I hope I enjoy my holiday as I have ruined theirs” ) They are also refusing to process a refund until Saturday (even though payment was on 20th July and email states the business is back open today). I’m not holding my breath with how unprofessionally this company has been so far and gone to my bank to claim this back. Luckily I had the money to buy elsewhere without needing this money back. You risk a very very odd encounter and several rude messages with this “company” I’ve never ever encountered anything quite like it. She keeps telling me how I am “vile” and to leave her alone (after she was messaging me in the middle of the night last night!). I left an honest review and asked for a refund - don’t see how being called vile is acceptable?? Also - this is NOT a charity and proceeds do NOT go to Parkinson’s, this lady is conning people into thinking they are donating their much loved prams for free to a charity and for a good cause. I’d suggest give to an actual charity instead or charity shop. There are no details of what if any proceeds are used towards any “fundraising” really don’t think it is legal how it is being advertised and people are being misled and conned out of their items and money
