I had lots of queries re which pram to buy as my car boot is quite small. The responses I received were timely (never got an answer on a Monday) well informed and helpful. Once I’d made my choice and purchased the pram things went quiet for about 10 working days and then I received an email telling me tracking details and my pram was ready to be dispatched. Delivery was not as anticipated as the courier did not collect the orders for a number of days but when it did arrive I was absolutely delighted. The chassis was clean and had some small dents but nothing that affects the use of the pram and the body of the pram was perfect. Immaculate, smelt clean and in first class condition.
