I have experienced Rasmus as a Buyer and Seller! As a buyer, I understand that it is MY responsibility to look at all the pictures and read the descriptions AND go to inspections before making a bid. Auctions are MOSTLY used, or new returned items, or overstocks. So, I expect there could be flaws. I'm not paying new prices, so I don't expect everything to be perfect, just good enough for me to use for less than half the new price. Those that don't prepare for reality and don't go to inspections are setting themselves up for a let down. The online and pickup experience is always the same...fast, easy, and courteous.As a seller, Rasmus' management reviews each of my auction catalogs and suggests ways to improve with clearer pictures and descriptions. Kathleen, Erik, Abby, & Michelle are always professional and respond immediately. During my most recent auction, I had the absolute best Rasmus on-site person ever!! Luciana!!! She made the check-in & pickup process so easy!I have plans to participate in more Rasmus auctions as a buyer and seller and I'm grateful that they are here to help the small business owner and those of us always on a budget!
