Their on-site representative, Darren Estes, was great to work with and handled his team for item tagging, did the marketing videos, and interacted with buyers on pickup days. One thing I've read in other reviews is that there was no option to inspect items before purchase. This was not the case I experienced, as there was an inspection day before the pick-up day. Overall, a great experience working with Rasmus.
