Rasmus Auction I thought was a reputable business that would honor its terms of agreements.Turns out this is not true. A vendor posted a fraudulent and intentionally misleading description of a product meant to increase tenfold the actual value of the product. I fell for it but after the auction close, I discovered the deception. Long story short I went over and above advising Rasmus of the deception and giving them the opportunity to make things right and they would not.I had been a customer of Rasmus for years and never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined the owner of Rasmus telling me he was going to support the practices of a vendor clearly posting intentionally deceptive descriptions.It is so blatant to be definitively appalling.
