Their customer service is completely unresponsive. I purchased a $320 hoodie from them 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive a single article of clothing from them. When I first bought the hoodie, it took them two weeks for them to finally reach out to me and tell me that they will not be sending it due to an issue with the colors running during washing. Ok fine, I appreciated their honesty. They asked me to pick something else instead. I picked two shirts of an equivalent price and the person confirmed to me that they would be sending it. Two weeks later I had not received my items or even a tracking number, so I reached out once more and they informed me that those items were out of stock. I am not sure why they stated that they were sending the items two weeks ago when they weren't even in stock in the first place, but I kept my cool. They again asked me to pick something else but I asked for a refund instead because everything I would have wanted to buy is now out of stock. They replied that a refund will take 15-20 days and offer me store credit instead. Finally, I decide to just cut my losses and accept the store credit in the hopes that something I like will be restocked. Unfortunately, they STILL have not given me my store credit despite me messaging them four times and now appear to be ghosting me. I reached out to them via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram and I am 100% sure that all of these accounts are all run by the same person, so there is no way to actually get in contact with someone else who can help you. I have essentially been robbed of $320 and will need to dispute the charge with my bank.I am an overseas Pakistani and I was excited to see a homegrown Pakistani brand gain mainstream attention. I was eager to support them with my business, but unfortunately this experience has shown me that doing business there is still as unprofessional and unreliable as ever.
