I like the app and the model where it is easy to select an instructor and pay in advance. My daughter set up her account and was contacted by an instructor and they arranged a time for the first lesson. He did not show and it was only after her messaging him that he admitted that he had forgotten. Giving him a second chance she re-arranged for the same time this week, he did actually contact her an hour or so prior to say that his car had broken down and he wouldn't be able to make the lesson.I understand that the car breaking down is out of anyone's control but what is infuriating is that the app is showing that 2 lessons out of the 10 have been taken. I would like this refunded (we will contact you directly to arrange this), but these lessons should not be considered to be taken when the instructor has not even turned up.Update - Rated driving (Michaela) contacted me after this review and have been really great at getting it sorted out so I've upgraded my initial review to reflect this.
