Horrible experience that I hope you can I one else has to go through. Took months, yes months, I was lied to repeatedly, had to send documents multiple times and was told I would be reimbursed for the multiple notary fees but never was. Took so long that I was charged a late fee by my previous bank and no manager had ever responded to my requests. Just was a horrible expensive experience. Oh and my new payment is more than I was told and I was forced to make a payment *early* instead of a 2 month grace period as I was told. RUN AWAY!
