The online store feels insecure from the start. My bank canceled my card while I was attempting a payment, indicating poor security measures (a third party was trying to access my card information). Despite having trusted them before, I decided to try again using a disposable card for safety. Unfortunately, I regret that choice. I placed my order on 17 Nov, and after 6 weeks, nothing has arrived, even though parts of it were meant as Christmas gifts! I've sent many emails, only to receive empty promises and suggestions to wait. For what? I've requested a refund, but I'm now concerned I won't see my money again. This is truly disappointing and frustrating!
