Yet to manage to run the race we have signed up for. But due to my partner having injured herself at work and unable to do it, simply changing the name is a mission. Their customer service don’t respond to emails, then when you’ve chased multiple times they send you the incorrect link to change it, when this is questioned they insist it’s the correct one so you assume they must be correct. Pay and low and beyond they have got it wrong and it’s actually transferring us and providing a voucher, now we yet again have to chase them having paid the fee. Absolutely dreadful customer service!!!!!
