I bought 6 x2.5 kg of tomatoes to keep on my shelves for batch cooking and they arrived overnight by DPD. Excited I opened them to find they were very dented but after emails with Tom at customer services I was given a full refund. Top customer service. But I was dismayed to hear that they will not be recompensed by DPD. Shame on them. I have complained to DPD but doubt it will help! How to lose customers DPD!I will be ordering again from Ratton Pantry as they are a good company who treat their customers fairly. Not to mention great quality stuff. The flour I bought to make sourdough bread is excellent! I highly recommend Ratton Pantry and Tom!
