I love going to Ratton Pantry. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a whole warehouse full of interesting and uncommon flour. Perfect for enthusiastic bakers! They have other ingredients, too (cured meats , cheeses, olive oil, nut butters etc). Well worth a visit.
