I've purchased several drums over the past few years, and they’ve all performed wonderfully. The sales team is always ready to assist with any questions, including billing and shipping. They’ve expanded their reach to better serve North American customers, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m happy with my instruments. One of them has a slight harmonic issue with its highest note, but using mallets seems to fix it. No instrument is perfect, and I’m just being picky. Prices and shipping costs have increased like everywhere else, so make sure you want a specific model before ordering—trying one locally is a good idea. Overall, I’m pleased.
