I had a great experience with Rayna Tours during the desert safari in Abu Dhabi.The team was extremely kind, professional, and well-organized.The food was delicious, the shows were beautiful, and everything ran smoothly — a truly memorable evening.I especially want to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff were — they made everyone feel welcome and safe.I just wanted to share one small piece of feedback with care: when I rode the camel, I noticed that some of them had marks on their mouths, probably from the metal muzzles.As someone who loves animals, I believe that using softer or padded muzzles could make a big difference for the animals’ comfort and would reflect the same kindness that your team already shows to guests.Overall, it was a wonderful experience — and I hope future safaris continue to grow in both hospitality and compassion.
