I applied for my Dubai visa in October 2024 with my husband, paid extra £600 non refundable fee to get the Good Conduct Certificate to help the application. The Application was rejected. I have been asking for a copy of the Good Conduct Certificate which I was told will be sent to me up until now. Only to be told in January 2025 that it last for only one month, it has been used, it can’t be retrieved. I do not believe there was any certificate done. This was a means to get extra money for us. I reached out to customer support and I was given a feedback link. Use them only if you are 100% sure you will get your visa.
