We booked a trip to the dessert with this company. We booked a quad for my daughter but was never informed of the age limit 16+ so my daughter was left in tears we waited a couple of hours in waiting area, it ruined our holiday experience. I suffer from anxiety they were trying to force me to take the quad and I explained it was booked for my daughter I can’t drive because of my condition they assured us after wasting my time that I will get a refund. I just got an email saying that no refund will be issued as the agent has lied saying they informed about the agent. This company doesn’t value customer feedback or experience once you pay them avoid!!
