Most disappointing experience ever. The price was double than a different service. Effort was low and my questions were answered poorly. Our visa was rejected within one hour and we were only informed 3 days later. We were disappointed and discouraged but reached out to a different visa service. The service was much better; more documents were required and the price half of what we were charged at Rayna Tours. And guess what? Our visa was approved immediately and we were informed immediately. I would advise you to do your research and get your visa at a good price somewhere else with good service, the right mindset and good efforts. Good luck to anyone!
