I had the worst experience with this company. I applied for European visas (Italy and Saudi), and the entire process was extremely disappointing.
The sales representative did not clearly explain the visa types or the proper process. It felt like they didn’t fully understand their own services. I was left confused and unsupported throughout the application.
I would rate my overall experience 0/10. Customer service was also 0/10. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
