I spoke to some guy in commercial property management. Sadly my interactions with him were terrible...I lost trust in him from the moment he began speakkng down to me in fact from the moment he opened his mouth to speak.....very dissappointing . They speak to you in a very condescending manner in that company. Property is competitive but that doesnt give them the right to be rude.Hope the franchise owner or upper management listens in to his staff as you can see your star ratings are low for a reason. Their customer service drove me away and from the looks of it ...many others as well. Stay humble...the ego on display would be warranted if the office was shifting Picasso originals or spacecraft contracts but its not ...get off your high cloud in there abd drop this professional knowledge arrogamce
