Unfortunately there isn't an option for no stars.Tayla Polidano from the Ray White Melton office, was a disgrace and highly unprofessional when handling my property. She had little to no strategy for leasing the property and when questioned on the local market, she could not provide sound answers.When I changed agents because of her lack of attention to my property, she withheld the keys illegally from the new property manager until I paid the advertising fees. I agreed to pay these, however she still refused to issue the key now requesting that my new property manager sent an email. These were delaying tactics that prevented me from presenting an open home the following day. A disgraceful way to do business and I would never engage a real estate agent that employ her as a property manager.
