My Dog had conditions which RBB never informed us about, terrible company, went to new Vets last year, I am still looking into this through the legality of their unprofessional conduct.Do yourselve a favour, Go To “Bramble and Bear” vets, warm welcome, and unlike RBB they don’t have the invoice printed before you have left the consultation room.Mr Barker, and Ms Brock used to have a good reputation, what ever happen to the unprofessional conduct, our insurance were always reluctant to pay them…. I wonder why?How times change…..
