It is a running joke here in South-Central Texas.Now they are changing but after this debacle so am I.Going to a local bank rather than a ‘Too Big To Care’ CU.Update: The RBFCU response is the typical canned BS one would expect from a ‘big company’. If they bothered to check the transcripts of the communication they would not suggest that as the remedy! 🤡 🌎
