I started a personal loan with this company. I sent them multiple pieces of income verification, and every time they were asked for a new verification source when I’ve given them all information that I had up-to-date they still denied me. I made a call with the associate about how long I had to get this information into them and was told 60 days the application closed within 30 days. When asked to hear the messages they would deny me and said I need to subpoena them, this bank has not tried to work with me at all, even though the information they’re asking for, is very easily shown through their records, if somebody would actually take the time and look, but they never even compiled information together until the very last minute when I was asking them about this absolute garbage of a bank don’t waste your time don’t waste your energy. When you ask for help, they get snarky on the phone they put you on hold forever garbage I will be closing my account as though my little money matters to them. I doubt it but for my personal sense of well-being I can’t deal with this stress any longer with this bank .
