We have had a terrible experience with RBFCU. Recently, we uncovered a total of five unauthorized ACH transactions on my bank account. Despite calling the customer service and fraud department numerous times to dispute these transactions, we have not received any constructive assistance. After speaking with multiple customer representatives and escalating the issue to various supervisors, help was still not provided. RBFCU advised us to contact Capital One directly, as the unauthorized ACH transactions originated from there. However, when we called the Capital One fraud department, they informed us that RBFCU should have initiated the investigation and contacted Capital One’s fraud department via bank-to-bank communication. We are perplexed as to why RBFCU cannot assist small business owners in protecting their accounts. We escalated the issue again this afternoon and were placed on the callback list, yet we are still waiting for a supervisor to contact us.
