This 1-star is for Nick in the Home Loan Collections Dept. of which I was accidentally transferred to when my home loan isn’t late. (Which legally-speaking means the loan payment is 30 days past the due date and it’s at 16 days atm, and will be paid by EOW which isn’t the issue or what I was calling about.)Nick started the call off by speaking poorly of the RBFCU rep that transferred the call for giving him the wrong information - which seemed odd, but after how he treated me, made sense, as everything Nick said was a trained gaslighting technique to get me to make a promise to pay for an account that’s not overdue. Which wasn’t what I spoke to him or the original rep about. This went on and reached an extremely offensive level with Nick refusing to transfer me to someone above him. He disconnected the call when he didn’t like his behavior being called out and I called RBFCU again and made a formal complaint. (And received a resolution to my original request.)If RBFCU trains collection's reps to treat customers like dirt, when we literally pay your salaries, I hope all of you sleep really badly night after night. That includes Nick.
