When we arrived at the Bulverde office, Sarah abruptly declared that wasn't possible, despite my assuring her that the central office had told me to the contrary. Even my witnesses were taken aback by supervisor Sarah's attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, another total waste of time. Latest RBFCU reply is their standard canned reply. My review was originally emailed to them B4 I posted it here. Simply they don't care about hearing from their members/customers as long as they keep drawing a paycheck.
