Brady has been great so far, he was available when I needed to talk him when I myself have been having a hard time finding time to call him, I appreciated that when I had about a 5 minute window and had the presence of mind to call him to ask some questions he answered on the second ring and greeted me by name which shows me he is dedicated to me and willing to work with my schedule. That is very helpful.
