I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this!!!My daughter is 10, neurodivergent, and has a mild learning disability. Reading has always been a struggle for her. We’ve tried tutors, different apps, all of it. Some things helped a little, but nothing really stuck. Most of the time it just ended in frustration or her feeling discouraged. We started using Readability, and honestly it’s been a game changer.I know people say nothing is a magic fix, but this has come pretty close for us. The way it listens to her read and gently corrects her without making her feel bad has made a huge difference. She doesn’t shut down anymore. She stays engaged. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is her confidence. She used to avoid reading whenever she could because it felt overwhelming, but now she’s willing to try, and most days she actually wants to do it.Her reading has improved by leaps and bounds... She’s smoother, makes fewer mistakes, and understands more of what she’s reading. But more than that, she finally feels like she’s CAPABLE, and that’s something we hadn’t been able to give her before.I’m not exaggerating when I say this has been the most effective tool we’ve tried. For our situation, it really does feel like a magic fix.If you’re in a similar spot with your child, I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try!
