This note is regarding my OUTSTANDING experience with the publisher of my book: “BADGE 411: Based on the Actual Experiences of a Probation Officer”!During mid-2021 I was contacted by Florine Belford, Publishing Consultant with READERS MAGNET. She offered me an opportunity to make substantial improvements on my current book at the time; I had to agree that the original publisher had left me with much to be desired. I did agree on a contract with READERS MAGNET. The book contains 80+ of my experiences as a career Probation Officer.The very much improved book, “BADGE 411”, was published mid-January, 2022.Florine assigned Michael Yutan, Author Relations Officer and Lu Vasquez to develop and re create the book.During the refining and redesigning of the book and creation of the Website they also produced for me, I was involved in excellent discussions on the telephone and in eMail with these dynamic people! They fed me suggestions, we discussed all aspects involved and a communication never ended until they were certain that I was informed and satisfied. When it came time to commence marketing the book, I was experiencing nightmares with Facebook and my computer; over several days, Michael Yutan very patiently walked me through every problem until everything was resolved! He then let me know he will be available to assist should I have further marketing issues.I believe quality service like this is rare in any industry.
