Bought 7 crochet kits from you on the 19th of August.24th of August I emailed to ask where my order was. No reply on the 26th of August so I went to PayPal and they said they will put in a claim. I really don't want a refund I just want my items. 28th still nothing. Not happy.Update, 2nd September recived most of my order, 1 set was missing. At 3pm I called but they where already left for home. The sight does say open till 5pm.....Update 4th of September got the missing set from my order. Wish there was better communication with this company. The sets them selves are of very good quality.
