1 star is too much!!!Please do not order from this company! Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering. Ordered a ball of wool which cost £14. Hear absolutely nothing for weeks, no response to Facebook messages despite them having 'seen' the message. Now I've received an email from them in my junk folder saying (surprise surprise) there's no stock of the item I ordered. Absolutely disgusting! Why are they doing this!? Selling stuff they don't have, taking peoples money and now I'm having to contact PayPal for a refund as there's no chance in hell I'm waiting another 3 weeks for a response. They need shutting down the scammers!!!!!!!
