So disappointing that such a longstanding company with a good name have such an appalling website in the UK! I placed my order on Nov 13th 2017. I waited and waited....around Nov 30th, I emailed them. No reply. Here comes December...still no parcel!! I email again...no reply! Finally, Dec 2nd, almost 3 weeks after ordering, I receive my parcel! It wasn’t a huge order - no yarn, no complications, just a few patterns! Why the delay? And why not reply to emails?! The patterns were also cheap copies, not original leaflets - the sort of thing you’d expect from an amateur ebayer, not a company with Readicut’s reputation!Never again.
