Received the ordered 2 x Wooden Hook Latch Tools, both faulty. Emailed Readicut to explain, asking for return and refund details. Not heard from them 3 days later. Emailed a request for a reply to my email, still not received. Order was delivered on time with everything in it but disappointed and frustrated in the naff after service
