Although I’ve been happy in the past, the last 2 mystery boxes have gone downhill in quality. Still value for money but the yarn is pretty awful and an unfamiliar brand where the 1st mystery box I received a whole load of Caron yarns which were mostly lovely. I understand that’s the risk of a mystery box but I’m still disappointed. Also, I paid a fiver for delivery then had to email them after a week to see why my order wasn’t even dispatched yet. No response to my email but I then received notification that it had been dispatched. Quality used to be better and service used to be better. Looks like it’s time for a change unless they offer Caron yarns again.
