Unfortunately I am having a really poor experience with Readicut and can only recommend to others to avoid them like the plague! I ordered yarn in a cream colour but it seems they were sold out and instead, the order updated to a colour, which I cannot use. Upon trying to reach out to them to either replace the yarn or refund it, in spite of chasing, I am met with a wall of silence and I would urge everyone to avoid these guys!
