Complaints about these deductions were met with promises of reimbursement, but they continued, necessitating constant follow-ups. Communication was poor, and it was only after a staff member accidentally shared client emails that I realized many others faced similar issues. The agency withheld my rent for August for six months, releasing it only after legal threats. My experience was far from satisfactory.
