Not a great Company to work with

I reviewed Readymade Stores the 14th of February detailing my frustration as a consumer of their products.I did get orders on my Dropship store a number of times. My frustration was that these products were never in stock from Ali Express as their websites are not dynamic (Showing Stock). Why i reviewed the company is not their inability to deliver their stores as they promise but the lack of disclosure of the origin f the products. I felt that they had an obligation as a service provider to disclose that they were using Ali Express and that would assist me making an informed decision in the purchasing process. That to me is water under the bridge. After I submitted my review the CEO evidently angry with my action pulled my websites off from their platform. I noticed that i was offline a few days after the comments I made. I did indicate that I felt it was unfair that after paying AU $1100 they could act unilaterally and pull their hosting without any notification. As a customer you have the right to voice and share your opinion and it is unusual for a company to act all defensive and emotional as opposed to rectifying the matter amicably. When I posted the review I was quickly hit with a very defensive email stating that I paid $1100 to avoid paying for an Australian Partners Website. Whats baffling is that I paid the above stated amount to be a Partner in South Africa which is my second residence, making their statement null and void. I also got the usual (If you do not market you will not get sales pitch). This was a side business to make it clear as I am a working Professional. I further got an offer to remove the review for a sum of AU $550 (R5500). By refusing to do so my websites which i paid for were removed. I am writing to warn future buyers of such actions and to make an informed decision. Be aware of these operators.
